As a blogger and tech savvy diva, there are quite a few tools that I use to create and sell digital products for passive income.  Here is a quick rundown of some of my favorite resources.
 

Starting a Blog or Website

WordPress – the platform of champions and one that most professional bloggers use to get their businesses online. WordPress is a CMS (content management system) that makes it super easy to get a blog or website up and running in no time.

Siteground – the current web hosting provider that I am using to host this blog. Their support is great andddd…they are leaders in site hosting services for WordPress blogs + sites.

Creative Market– has easily become one of my favorite + go to sites for finding affordable WordPress Blog + Website themes (some starting at just $15). This site has it all, WordPress Themes, Beautiful Fonts and etc., Head over to check out their large selection of goodies. You wont be disappointed.

Themeforest – the marketplace that I use to purchase my WordPress Themes.  If you want to look good on the cheap, be sure to check out there selection of WordPress blog and website themes. Seriously guys (design matters) so… head on over to Themeforest and browse their selection of templates.

 

Awesome Design and Branding Tools

Canva Pro – Absolutely, hands down one of my favorite FREE graphic  design resources on the web.  Canva is a tool that you can use to design everything from your social media covers + blog graphics to covers for an eBook.  The interface is easy to use even for a beginner with no design experience.

Wisestamp – is an email signature branding tool and resource that I stumbled across years ago.  If you want a professional looking email signature that you can use to brand and market your small biz, this is a tool that you should check out.

Low and No Content Book Publishing Tools

Tangent Templates – a phenomenal resource for creating planners, notebooks and more to sell on the Amazon KDP platform.

List Building + Email Marketing Essentials

AWeber – the email marketing service that I am using to house my email list, send autoresponders and more.  These guys have top notch customer support and tools available that will help you easily build an email list for your business.

Thrive Content Builder – is an excellent WordPress plugin that you can use to create stunning landing pages for your WordPress site or blog in minutes.  I am seriously blown away by all of the options available within this plugin for creating everything from landing pages, to video course pages and more.  Watch me create a landing page using Thrive Content Builder here.

SumoME – SumoMe is a fantastic and FREE plugin and suite of tools that I recommend for growing your email list and blog like a PRO. I also love the free social sharing tools as well — that make it easy to publish your content on social media.

Thrive Leads – an additional WordPress plugin that helps you create beautiful opt in forms that you can add to your WordPress website or blog to build your email list.


 

Social Media Marketing Tools

Hootsuitethe social media management system I am using to preschedule and publish my social media posts on autopilot.

Buffer – an additional social media marketing and management tool that I’ve used in the past and highly recommend.

Boardbooster – I absolutely love this resource and use it to schedule Pins to Pinterest in bulk.

Revive Old Post – a fantastic time-saving automation WordPress plugin that publishes content from your blog + drives traffic to it (old and new) on auto pilot.  Yes! You can literally set this plugin up in your WordPress site and let her rip.  There is no manual intervention needed.  Check out my video tutorial here to see how to set this puppy up.

 

Blogging and Content Marketing

Evernote – I use evernote for everything.  I mean literally, to record notes, topics for blog posts and etc.  It is truly one of the best resources out there on the web (that you can use to capture information and access data from any device connected to the net.

The Best Spinner – one of my secret resources that I use to create awesome titles for my content, tweets and more.

Google Docs –  an additional resource that I use to create content for the blog and access it from anywhere.

Video Editing and Creation Tools

Filmora Wondershare –  This is one of THE easiest programs to create and edit videos like a pro.  I use it to edit and add special effects to all the videos that I create for my courses and Youtube Videos.

Camtasia – Camtasia is hands down of the best screen capture tools there is on the market today and one that I use to create my courses and tech tutorials.
